Warranty Policy
1. Warranty Period
This warranty is valid for a period of 2 year from the delivery date of the product.
2. Warranty Coverage
The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use of the product under the following conditions:
- Functional defects: For example, if the product does not work or partially fails within the warranty period.
- Lighting intensity: If the light intensity significantly decreases, this will be considered a manufacturing defect.
- Construction or manufacturing issues: This includes mechanical defects resulting from poor assembly or production.
3. Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not apply in the following cases:
- Damage caused by improper use, incorrect installation, or poor maintenance of the product.
- Damage due to unauthorized modifications or repairs by unauthorized individuals or companies.
- Cosmetic damage, such as scratches, that do not affect the product’s functionality.
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, natural disasters (such as lightning strikes), or external factors (such as power surges).
- Normal wear and tear of the product, such as a reduction in light intensity within acceptable limits due to prolonged use.
4. Warranty Claim Procedure (Bring-in Service)
This warranty involves a bring-in service. If a defect occurs within the warranty period, follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service and provide the following information:
- A description of the problem.
- Proof of purchase (invoice, receipt, or other purchase documentation).
- Photos or videos of the defect, if possible.
- You are responsible for bringing or shipping the defective product to a designated service point. Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
- We will inspect the product, and if the defect falls under the warranty, we will repair or replace the product at no charge.
- The repaired or replacement product can be picked up from the service point or returned to you, depending on the agreed arrangements.
5. Repair or Replacement
If a defective product cannot be repaired, we reserve the right to replace the product with a new or refurbished product of equal or better specifications.
6. Legal Rights
This warranty provides you with specific rights. In addition to these rights, you may have other rights that vary by country or region. This warranty does not affect the statutory rights of the consumer as outlined in national legislation.
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Slide Light. If for any reason you are not, we’re here to help.
Return Window
You may return your Slide Light within 14 days of delivery.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging, including all components and protective materials.

A proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item was damaged upon arrival or you received the wrong item.

In case of damage or defect, please email us at george@georgious.nl with clear photos within 3 days of delivery.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
